This part time course aims to provide adults with an opportunity to access 6 hours of tuition per week over a 14 week period.

Content:

The ITABE (Intenstive Tuition in Adult Basic Education) programme will be developed to meet individual needs and will include:

• Communication Skills
• Introduction to Computers

Eligibility:

Open to adults who wish to improve their reading, writing, spelling and/or basic numeracy skills

Participants must be willing to attend 6 hours tuition per week.

Qualification:

Informal tuition available with no certification. FETAC certification available at levels 1,2 and 3.
